pak92 Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility and Age Verification

To open an account and use pak92, you must be at least 18 years of age. This is a firm requirement and applies to all forms of activity on the platform — betting, casino games, bingo, deposits and bonus claims. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are accessing pak92 for your own personal entertainment.

pak92 reserves the right to request identity documents at any stage to verify your age and identity. This is a standard part of responsible operation and is not personal. If documents are requested and not provided within a reasonable timeframe, pak92 may restrict deposits, withdrawals or continued play until verification is completed. Winnings generated during an unverified period may be held until the review is resolved.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted one account on pak92. Registering multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods or device configurations — is a breach of these terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth and a valid contact method. Information provided must match the details on any identity documents you may later be asked to supply. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these terms.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your pak92 account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact pak92 support immediately. pak92 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to accounts where the account holder has failed to maintain password security.

pak92 may implement additional verification steps including two-factor authentication. These are applied to protect your account and any associated funds, and you are encouraged to enable them.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits to pak92 are processed in PKR. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit card and credit card. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. Deposits are intended to fund gaming activity and must originate from payment sources in your own name.

pak92 does not accept deposits from third parties. If a deposit is received from a payment source not registered in your name, pak92 reserves the right to reverse the transaction and restrict account activity pending investigation. Depositing funds with the intention of withdrawing without meaningful play is not permitted and may be treated as misuse of the payment system.

Deposit Processing

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited within minutes. Bank Transfer and Raast deposits are usually processed the same business day. Card deposits follow standard processing windows. If a deposit has not credited after the expected timeframe, contact pak92 support with the transaction reference for assistance.

4. Withdrawals and Processing Times

You may request a withdrawal of your real money balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawal requests are processed via the same methods available for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Bank Transfer. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed during the withdrawal process.

Before a withdrawal is processed, pak92 may require identity verification to be completed. This is a one-time process for most accounts. If your account has not previously been verified and you are requesting a withdrawal above the stated threshold, documents will be requested before the funds are released. This is standard practice and is applied consistently across all accounts.

Withdrawal Timeframes

• JazzCash and Easypaisa: Most withdrawals processed the same day, typically within a few hours of approval.
• Raast: Same-day processing for approved requests submitted during business hours.
• Bank Transfer: One to three business days depending on the receiving bank.

Withdrawals requested during weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day. pakp92 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

pak92 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback and free bets. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are displayed at the point of claim. By activating a bonus, you agree to those terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

Wagering Requirements

Most deposit bonuses and free spin winnings carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it converts to withdrawable real money. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 3,000 bonus requires PKR 90,000 in total qualifying wagers before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate, often 10% to 20%. Specific contribution rates for each promotion are stated in that promotion's individual terms on the Promotions page.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry window from the date of activation. If wagering requirements are not completed within this window, the remaining bonus balance and any associated winnings are forfeited. Your real money balance is not affected. Expiry periods are stated clearly in each promotion's terms before activation.

Bonus Abuse

Registering multiple accounts to claim promotions more than once, using automated software to complete wagering, or any other attempt to exploit bonus terms is a serious breach of these terms. pak92 monitors account activity and applies pattern detection to identify abuse. Accounts found to be in breach will have bonuses cancelled, associated winnings forfeited and accounts suspended.

Free Bets — Cricket and Sports

Free bets offered during PSL season, T20 series or as part of standard promotions are subject to the qualifying and usage terms stated for each offer. Free bet winnings are typically credited as real money minus the free bet stake and may carry separate wagering conditions. Free bets that expire unused are forfeited without replacement.

6. Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on pak92 are final once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for confirming the selection, stake and odds before submitting a bet. Errors in selections, stakes or odds cannot be reversed after submission.

Cricket Bet Settlement

Cricket bets are settled based on the official result issued by the governing body for the competition in question — PSL, PCB, ICC or equivalent. If a match is abandoned before the minimum required overs are bowled to produce an official result under Duckworth-Lewis or equivalent rules, affected bets are voided and stakes returned. Matches settled via official D/L method stand as results.

In-Play Betting

In-play markets on pak92 update in real time. Bets placed in-play are confirmed at the odds displayed at the moment of acceptance, which may differ from odds visible a moment earlier due to live market movements. In-play markets may be suspended at any point based on match events. Bets submitted during a suspension window will not be accepted.

Maximum Bet Limits

Maximum stake limits apply to all markets and vary by event type and significance. Maximum limits for a specific market are displayed in the bet slip. pak92 reserves the right to accept or decline any bet at its discretion, particularly for unusual stake sizes or suspected arbitrage activity.

Accumulator Bets

Accumulator bets require all selected legs to win for a payout. If any leg is voided (for example due to a match abandonment), that leg is removed from the accumulator and the bet settles on the remaining legs. An accumulator reduced to a single selection settles as a single bet at the remaining odds.

7. Casino and Slot Game Rules

All casino games on pak92 — including live dealer tables and slot game titles — use certified random number generation or live dealer mechanics from established providers. Game outcomes are determined independently of pak92 and the results of previous rounds have no bearing on future outcomes.

Live casino table limits — minimum and maximum bet per round — are displayed within each table before you sit. pak92 does not modify the underlying game logic of any third-party game title. Game rules specific to each title, including payout tables and feature mechanics, are accessible within the game interface.

Disconnection During Play

If your connection drops during a live casino round or slot spin, the game will complete based on its internal state at the point of disconnection. pak92 is not responsible for losses resulting from connection interruptions on your end. If you believe a game has malfunctioned, contact support with the session details and the relevant game round ID.

8. Bingo Rules

Bingo rooms on pak92 operate according to the stated format for each room — 90-ball, 75-ball or variations thereof. Ticket purchases are final. Prizes are awarded to the first player to achieve the winning pattern as verified by the automated system. In the event of simultaneous winners, the prize is split equally between all winning tickets.

Free bingo tickets distributed through promotions are valid only in the designated rooms and during the stated validity period. Unused free tickets expire at the end of the validity window. Any winnings generated from free promotional tickets are credited as real money unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.

9. Responsible Gaming

pak92 takes its responsibility toward players seriously. Gaming is an entertainment activity for adults who make their own decisions. pak92 provides tools to help players manage their activity — including the ability to set deposit limits, request cooling-off periods and apply self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming page.

If you feel that your gaming activity is becoming difficult to control, we encourage you to use these tools and take a break. Self-exclusion requests submitted through the Responsible Gaming page are actioned promptly. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be closed to deposits and play, and you will not receive promotional communications.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pak92 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances:

• Registering more than one account
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform
• Exploiting game or software errors without reporting them
• Colluding with other players in casino games
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or odds exploitation in a systematic manner
• Depositing funds from third-party payment sources
• Attempting to use pak92 from a jurisdiction where access is restricted
• Any activity that pak92 reasonably determines to be fraudulent or harmful to the platform

11. Account Suspension and Termination

pak92 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account where there is a reasonable basis to believe that these terms have been breached. During a suspension or investigation period, deposits may be frozen and withdrawals placed on hold pending the outcome of the review.

If an account is closed due to a terms breach, any bonus funds, promotional winnings or balances derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real money balances derived from legitimate deposits may be returned following the review, at pak92's discretion, once the outcome of the investigation is determined.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting pak92 support. Before closing, ensure any pending withdrawal requests are completed. pak92 will process any remaining legitimate real money balance within the standard withdrawal timeframes.

12. Limitation of Liability

pak92 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure consistent availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. pak92 is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, or internet connectivity issues on the part of the player.

pak92 is not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to missed bets due to connectivity issues, decisions made based on incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error (which will be corrected and bets settled at the correct odds), or losses resulting from decisions made by the player in the normal course of gaming.

Nothing in these terms limits pak92's liability for fraud or wilful misconduct on our part.

13. Privacy and Data

pak92 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. Data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing and compliance purposes. pak92 does not sell personal data to third parties.

Communications related to your account — including transaction notifications and verification requests — are sent to the contact details provided during registration. Promotional communications may be sent separately and you may opt out of these at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

14. Changes to These Terms

pak92 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the contact details on their account. Continued use of pak92 following a notified change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree to an updated version of these terms, you should stop using pak92 and contact support to arrange account closure.
